Through our remodeling process, we are able to match the client’s specific needs to the budget available. We don’t start with an inflated or artificially high budget requirement. Our overriding goal is to develop a remodel design based on value and beauty.

Our Four-Step Design/Build Remodeling Process:

1) Complimentary Remodel Consultation

We want to learn about your dreams, hear your ideas and develop an understanding of what you want to accomplish with your remodeling project. In this step, we share more about our design/build remodel process, our team and our references from past projects, and give you a preliminary estimate range for your remodel. If you like what you hear and it is mutually agreeable, you sign a Conceptual Design Agreement with us and we move into the Design phase.

2) Design Concepts & Estimates

Now the fun begins! We sit down together over several meetings and talk in detail about your vision for the remodel, your needs, desires and a realistic budget. By the end of this phase, you will have floor plans and elevations and be given a realistic rendering of your remodel project along with a firm price to build it.

3) Construction Documents and Contract

With the scope of work specified and the price known, we prepare construction drawings, specifications, schedules and apply for remodeling permits, which all become the basis for the construction agreement. Once the contract is signed, we are ready to get started!

4) Remodeling/Implementation

Construction begins and now we get to transform your dreams into a reality. Our entire staff is geared toward keeping you informed and making you as comfortable as possible throughout our process and particularly in the construction phase. We will treat your home as if it was ours… from daily cleanup to protection of non-remodeled areas. We guarantee the most low impact experience possible to you and your home while we make your dream project a reality.
